Here is the process from Europe: prepare the card list, review the total, pay and send your cards to us in Denmark. Then follow receipt, submission and results in your account.
A card list with the correct versions, quantity, grader and tier, declared value and return address. If you omit card names, card-list assistance is included in the form total. Select any card review, insurance and supplies before payment.
Prices shown include applicable VAT. Return shipping is tracked and priced by destination country, from €17 per parcel. Shipping to us is paid by you.
Card review costs €3.35 per card, or €0.67 per card for the cards you also grade with us. The review is a recommendation, not a promised grade or selling price.

Do not submit counterfeit, cleaned or otherwise altered cards that cannot be graded. We only make a quick, general check on receipt because we handle many cards, so we may miss alterations or counterfeits. The grading company makes the final determination. If a card is rejected or returned without a grade for this reason, the agreed grading fee is still charged and is not refunded.
If you fill in the card list yourself, it is your responsibility to enter the correct version of each card, such as the right set, number and variant. If a card is entered incorrectly, you forfeit your right to the grading fee if the card therefore does not get graded.
Inspect the cards and enter the correct set, number, variant and game for each card. Choose an open service level that fits the card count and declared value. You can calculate the price and prepare the cards before signing in; sign-in is required to save and pay.
Review grading, return shipping and any extras in your submission. A saved draft is not a confirmed payment. Once payment is recorded, a shipping-instruction email is sent. If the email is missing after payment, check spam and contact us with the order number; do not pay again before clarifying the status.
Use the receiving address and any required parcel-shop selection from the shipping instructions, not the grader's address. Pack cards in sleeves and semi-rigid holders in a rigid box with padding. Include the order number, send tracked and insured, and keep the tracking number. Your shipment to us is your responsibility.
We check the submission on arrival and add photo documentation to your account. This is a general check, not a guarantee of authenticity or a particular grade. Selected and paid insurance applies from our receipt until the cards are returned to you.
We handle the submission to the grader and send cards in a combined shipment. Waiting for that shipment and transit are not included in the grader's turnaround estimate. Follow the recorded status in your account.
The grader determines the grade and whether the card is eligible. Its estimate starts at receipt by the grader and can change. Your account shows the submission's recorded status, not a guaranteed completion date.
Cards return to us, are checked against the submission and have their grades recorded in your account. We document the finished slabs and return them with tracking. Any sale is a separate choice, not a guaranteed payout.
Current open tiers from our service catalogue are shown below. Estimates cover time at the grading company. Transit, waiting for a combined shipment and our handling are additional; the total is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Turnaround times are indicative and can change at the grading company. We update your account if your submission hits a longer queue than expected.
Last verified: We checked the service catalogue sources on this page against the grading companies' official price lists and Slabbed.eu's own submissions.

TAG submissions are not offered through Slabbed. Compare the current open PSA, BGS and CGC tiers instead; none guarantees a particular grade.
Use the instructions for your paid submission and check the recipient and any parcel-shop requirement before buying shipping. The address below follows your market.
Place each card in a soft penny sleeve, making sure the card faces the open side.
Sleeved cards go into a card saver I (recommended) or a semi-rigid holder. Don't put tape directly on the holder.
Bundle the holders with a rubber band (not too tight), wrap in bubble wrap and place in a rigid box with padding around it.
Send the package with trackable, insured shipping to the address below. Remember to include your order number.
This is our receiving address for parcels sent from outside Denmark. Always send with trackable, insured shipping, and include your order number in the package.
We do not store stock or valuables at this address, and the company's registered address does not hold collectibles or valuables.
If you do not select and pay for insurance, your cards are not insured, either while with us or in transit to the grading company and back to you. Any carrier liability is not insurance coverage for your cards.
Insurance is optional but recommended. It costs €2.68 incl. applicable VAT per started €135 of declared value and must be selected and paid at submission. It covers the cards from when we receive them until they are back with you. A card declared at four times that value costs €10.72 to insure.
Loss or damage while the cards are with us, on the way to the grading company and back to your door. Cover starts when we receive the cards; your own shipment to us is not covered, so send it tracked with the carrier's own insurance if needed. Cover follows the declared value you enter on the submission, up to the raw value of the card.
Cards are kept in a locked, alarm monitored safe between arrival, packing and dispatch. Nothing is stored loose on a desk overnight.
We photograph every card on arrival and again before return shipping, so condition is documented on both sides of the trip.
Use the realistic raw value of the card, the price you could sell it for ungraded today. An inflated value does not increase a payout, and a value set too low limits it.
Return shipping is tracked and priced by destination country, from €17 per parcel. Shipping to us is paid by you.
If you do not select and pay for insurance, your cards are not insured, either while with us or in transit to the grading company and back to you. Any carrier liability is not insurance coverage for your cards.
Not covered: the grade itself, changes in market value, and damage that already existed when we received the card. Anything we spot on arrival is photographed and reported to you before the cards move on.
If something goes wrong, write to hello@slabbed.eu with your submission number. If you added insurance, we handle the claim with the carrier and pay out on the declared value, so you do not deal with the carrier yourself.
If you select and pay for insurance, your cards are covered from the moment we receive them until they are back with you. If you do not select and pay for insurance, your cards are not insured, either while with us or in transit to the grading company and back to you. Any carrier liability is not insurance coverage for your cards. We photograph both on receipt and return, so you have full documentation of the condition for every submission.
