If you do not select and pay for insurance, your cards are not insured, either while with us or in transit to the grading company and back to you. Any carrier liability is not insurance coverage for your cards.

Because grading costs many times more than the review. A card that lands in a low grade usually loses money on the trip. The review filters those out before you spend money on grading and points to the cards where the spread between a high and a low grade actually pays for the submission.

Yes. Pick "Review only" in the submission. We review the cards and send them back with our recommendation. The price is €3.35 per card plus return shipping of €8.04 per submission. If you later grade one of the cards with us, we deduct €2.68 per card on that submission.
Typically 2-4 business days from the day we receive the cards. You get the answer by email and can see it in your account before anything is sent on to the grading company.
No. The grade is given by the grading company, not by us. Our review is a qualified assessment based on many submissions, but it is a recommendation, not a guarantee.
