Label options
If you do not select and pay for insurance, your cards are not insured, either while with us or in transit to the grading company and back to you. Any carrier liability is not insurance coverage for your cards.
Cards that cannot be graded
Do not submit counterfeit, cleaned or otherwise altered cards that cannot be graded. We only make a quick, general check on receipt because we handle many cards, so we may miss alterations or counterfeits. The grading company makes the final determination. If a card is rejected or returned without a grade for this reason, the agreed grading fee is still charged and is not refunded.

Includes the grading company fee and Slabbed handling. Prices shown include applicable VAT. Bulk discount: BGS 5% from 10 cards and 10% from 25, CGC 3% from 10 cards and 5% from 25. PSA has no bulk discount. You pay your own shipping to Slabbed separately.

- What does Ace Grading cost through Slabbed?
- Price per card: Core €14.74 (min. 35 cards), Value €18.43 (min. 25 cards), Basic €22.11 (min. 15 cards), Standard €30.71 (min. 10 cards), Premier €39.31 (min. 5 cards). Return shipping, insurance and other add-ons are added separately.
- What is the minimum number of cards for Ace Grading?
- Each Ace level has its own minimum per submission: Core 35 cards, Value 25, Basic 15, Standard 10 and Premier 5. The form checks the minimum before payment.
- How long does Ace Grading take?
- Estimated time at Ace: Core about 75 days, Value about 60, Basic about 30, Standard about 15 and Premier about 10. Transport and handling at Slabbed come on top, and times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Which Ace label options can I choose?
- Standard label is free. Colour Match costs €1.23 and Ace Label €3.69 per card through Slabbed.
