What is my card worth?

Compare current asking prices in euros for raw cards and graded slabs. We show a median only when enough comparable listings are available. Prices are not based on completed sales.

What is my card worth?

Where do I find the card number and set?
  • The card number is printed at the bottom of the card, usually in a corner, e.g. 4/102 or 199/165.
  • Next to the number is a small set symbol. Search the symbol or number to find the set name, e.g. Base Set or Surging Sparks.
  • Newer cards also show a set code such as SV08 or PAF near the number.
  • Graded cards: card, set and number are printed on the slab label.
  • 1st Edition, Shadowless and Japanese cards are different versions with their own prices.

How to use the number

Should the card be graded?

Compare the raw value with the value in PSA 10 or BGS 9.5. If the gap is larger than the cost of a submission, grading can pay off.

Frequently asked questions about card value

How is the value of my card calculated?

The tool compares current eBay listings by card name, set, number, language and grade. Wrong matches and extreme prices are excluded. A median is shown only with at least three comparable listings without excessive price variation. These are asking prices, not completed sales or an established market value.

Why is there a difference between raw and graded value?

A graded card is authenticated and has a fixed, documented condition. That makes it easier to trade and usually commands a higher price, especially in top grades such as PSA 10 and BGS 9.5.

Can you give me a binding offer on the card?

The estimate is indicative. If you want to sell, submit the card through our selling form and we will come back with a concrete offer.

Can I have the card graded through you?

Yes. We act as an intermediary to BGS, PSA and CGC from Denmark. You ship the cards to us, we handle the submission and return the slabs with tracking. Insurance must be selected and paid at submission. If you do not select and pay for insurance, your cards are not insured, either while with us or in transit to the grading company and back to you. Any carrier liability is not insurance coverage for your cards.
