How to submit cards to CGC from Denmark
You do not need a CGC account, customs paperwork or a shipment to the USA. You build the submission here, pay in Danish kroner incl. VAT, and send the cards to us in Denmark. We handle the rest.
- 1Build the submission online
Choose CGC and a service level, add your cards and any add-ons, and see the full price before you sign in.
- 2Pay
The price includes VAT. Return shipping and optional insurance are added and shown before payment.
- 3Pack and ship
Pack each card in a sleeve and a card saver or semi-rigid holder and send the parcel to our receiving address in Denmark.
- 4We photograph and forward
When your parcel arrives, we photograph the cards and combine your submission with our next shipment to CGC.
- 5Follow and receive
Follow the status under your submissions until the graded cards are returned to you with tracked shipping.
The arrival photographs are your documentation that the cards were in the submitted condition when we received them.

Prices shown include applicable VAT. Return shipping is tracked and priced by destination country, from €17 per parcel. Shipping to us is paid by you. Insurance is optional and recommended: €2.68 incl. applicable VAT per started €135 of declared value. When selected and paid at submission, it covers the cards from when we receive them until they are returned to you. Your own shipment to us is not covered. If you do not select and pay for insurance, your cards are not insured, either while with us or in transit to the grading company and back to you. Any carrier liability is not insurance coverage for your cards.
CGC Bulk requires at least 15 cards in the same submission. With fewer cards, Economy is the alternative with no minimum.

We dispatch combined submissions every month. Submissions that are paid and have arrived before the deadline go with the next shipment. Below you can see the next dispatch date.

Turnaround times
Turnaround depends on the service level. The times are CGC's own estimates and are counted from when CGC receives and registers the cards. On top come the wait for our next shipment, transport to CGC, and return shipping to you. The estimates are not guarantees and can change with CGC's workload.

Submissions from the rest of Europe
Return shipping to Denmark costs DKK 60. From EU countries the price depends on the country, typically EUR 17 to 28. To countries outside the EU, including Switzerland, return shipping is EUR 45.
If you ship from a country outside the EU, any customs duties, VAT and import fees on the shipment to us are the sender's responsibility to pay.
