- Card name
- The name printed on the card, plus the collector number if it has one. Example: Charizard Holo #4. Add the variant if it matters, for example Reverse Holo, Full Art or 1st Edition.
- Set / edition
- The set the card comes from. On Pokemon cards it is usually the small set symbol and the code in the bottom corner, for example Base Set Shadowless or SV04 Paradox Rift. If you are unsure, write what you can and we check it.
- Year
- The print year, normally in the small copyright line at the bottom of the card, for example 1999.
- Estimated value (EUR)
- What the card is worth today in its current, ungraded condition. Use recent sold prices on eBay or Cardmarket, not asking prices. This is the amount your insurance covers, so keep it realistic.
- One row per card
- Add a row for every single card, also when you send several copies of the same card. The rows must match the cards in the parcel and the order you pack them in.
