- Card name
- The name printed on the card, plus the collector number if it has one. Example: Pikachu #025/165. Put language, rarity and variant/finish in their own fields below.
- Set / edition
- The set the card comes from. On Pokemon cards it is usually the small set symbol and the code in the bottom corner, for example Base Set Shadowless or SV04 Paradox Rift. If you are unsure, write what you can and we check it.
- Language, rarity and variant/finish
- Variant/finish is the print, for example Normal, Holo or Reverse Holo; it is not the rarity. Rarity is the symbol or rarity printed on the card, for example Common or Special Illustration Rare. Leave a field blank if you do not know it.
- Year
- The print year, normally in the small copyright line at the bottom of the card, for example 1999.
- Estimated value (EUR)
- What the card is worth today in its current, ungraded condition. Use recent sold prices on eBay or Cardmarket, not asking prices. This is the amount your insurance covers, so keep it realistic.
- One row per card
- Add a row for every single card, also when you send several copies of the same card. The rows must match the cards in the parcel and the order you pack them in.
