Return shipping is tracked with GLS at €6.70 per submission. Shipping to us is paid by you. Optional insurance: €2 per started €135 of declared value.
How we calculate your price
1. The grading company's EUR base price with us (e.g. BGS Base: EUR 25.31).
2. Slabbed adds handling. We receive, pack, submit and return your card insured.
3. On slabbed.eu the price is shown in EUR and includes applicable VAT.
4. Shipping and insurance are added and confirmed before submission.
5. Bulk discount: from 5 cards in one submission we take 5% off with BGS and 3% with CGC, and from 10 cards it becomes 10% with BGS and 5% with CGC (PSA has no bulk discount). The BGS price never goes below DKK 240 per card, so the discount can be smaller. It is applied automatically.

Insurance on your submission
Insurance is optional but recommended. It costs €2 incl. applicable VAT per started €135 of declared value and covers the whole route, both ways. A card declared at four times that value costs €8.04 to insure for the full trip.
What the cover includes
Loss or damage while the cards are in transit to us, in our hands, on the way to the grading company and back to your door. Cover follows the declared value you enter on the submission, up to the raw value of the card.
While the cards are with us
Cards are kept in a locked, alarm monitored safe between arrival, packing and dispatch. Nothing is stored loose on a desk overnight.
Documentation
We film the unboxing, photograph every card on arrival and again before return shipping, so condition is documented on both sides of the trip.
Setting the declared value
Use the realistic raw value of the card, the price you could sell it for ungraded today. An inflated value does not increase a payout, and a value set too low limits it.
Return shipping is tracked with GLS at €6.70 per submission. Shipping to us is paid by you. Without insurance you are covered only by the carrier's standard liability, which is far below the value of most graded cards.
Not covered: the grade itself, changes in market value, and damage that already existed when we received the card. Anything we spot on arrival is photographed and reported to you before the cards move on.
If something goes wrong, write to hello@slabbed.eu with your submission number. We handle the claim with the carrier and pay out on the declared value, you do not deal with the carrier yourself.
